Companion for Fortnite ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the app you agree to this policy.
Companion for Fortnite does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information from you directly. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or microphone access.
The only user-supplied data we process are search terms you enter (for example, a player username for the Player Stats feature, or a creator code for the Support-a-Creator lookup). These queries are sent to the third-party Fortnite-API service to retrieve publicly available game data and are not stored on any server we control.
The app uses the public Fortnite-API (fortnite-api.com) to retrieve cosmetics, news, item shop, map, and player stats data. Requests sent to this provider are subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
The app also uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases. Apple processes your payment information; we never see or store payment details. We only receive an anonymous transaction receipt used to verify your Premium entitlement on your device.
Companion for Fortnite contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-website tracking. We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

UserDefaults.You can clear this data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
The app offers a single one-time, non-consumable purchase called Premium Unlock. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email, billing address, or payment details. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via the App Store.
Companion for Fortnite is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
All network requests made by the app use HTTPS. Because we do not store user-identifying data on any server we operate, the risk of a data breach affecting you through us is minimal. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to third-party services.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about data held by Apple or by the third-party Fortnite-API service, please contact those providers directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be reflected inside the app's Privacy Policy screen.
